Our mini collection of what we have done and our reflections!
Our month-long celebration of kindness ended with a big bang. We unveiled an installation consisting of handmade yellow gerbara daisies with messages of appreciation written on them, and recognised our ground-up movements who worked with us to spread kindness in the past year.
It was the "funnest" session in a long while with the volunteers being so chirpy and proactive and making it so much less mundane for the folks.
With great credit to our volunteers, we're pretty sure the athletes left happy and much better equipped to introduce Singapore to their counterparts during the Special Olympics World Games 2015 in Los Angeles.
The packing process was some sort of a nightmare (relative to past sessions) as public and resident volunteers had different ideas on how packing should be done.
